Before you join

A few things you might be wondering.

Is this training right for me?

If you can turn on and sign in to your device, but would like help with online tasks, this is a good place to start. If you need support with the very first steps, call us to discuss your needs.

What device do I need?

You can use a laptop, tablet or smartphone. Have your device ready for practical exercises. Contact us if you are unsure what will work for you.

I have never used Zoom. Can I still join?

Yes — tell us when you enquire. We can discuss what you need to get started before the session.

Do I need to share my password?

No. Keep passwords, verification codes, banking details and personal health information private. You can practise without showing these to the group.

How do I pay?

Send a booking request first. Once we confirm your place, pay by card on Stripe’s secure payment page. Stripe emails you a receipt, and we never see your card details. See our booking and cancellation terms.

Can you help with accessibility needs?

Tell us about any adjustments that would help you participate, such as larger text, clearer instructions or more time. We’ll discuss them with you before booking.
